SGD Group began as a dedicated garage door service company in the suburbs of Minnesota, specifically serving the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Twin Cities area. At that time, customers often faced wait times of two to three weeks for garage door repairs from other companies. Recognizing the need for prompt service, we committed to offering same-day assistance, ensuring our customers received timely and efficient solutions. By combining high-quality parts with exceptional service, we quickly built a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Our journey started with Superior Garage Door in Minnesota, which became our foundational base and now serves as our primary hub for training technicians in garage door services. As our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship resonated with more clients, we expanded our operations to Dallas, Texas, establishing a second branch to cater to a broader clientele. Recently, we relocated our corporate offices to Dallas to better support our growing operations.
In response to the nationwide demand for high-quality garage door components, we launched SGD Springs, a division dedicated to supplying garage door springs across all 50 states. Our experience as a service provider underscored the importance of offering superior products at competitive prices without compromising on quality. This insight drives our mission to deliver value through excellent service, fair pricing, and top-tier products, ensuring that our clients receive the best in every aspect.
